Terms of Use

• Bookings are approved and valid only upon payment completion.
• To schedule a new booking, you must do so at least 4 hours in advance of the desired time.
• Changes to scheduled appointments can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled date and time, either through your profile or by phone.
• If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a voucher worth 50% of the booking fee will be issued, which can be used for a future booking.
• If no cancellation notice is provided and the client does not show up for the appointment, the booking fee is non-refundable, and no voucher will be issued for future use.
• Cancellations with a full refund can be made up to 48 hours before the scheduled date and time, either through your profile or by phone.

• The rehearsal hours of the subscriptions are prepaid and last until the respective date of the listed duration of the respective subscription.
• Changes to scheduled appointments can be made no later than 24 hours before their scheduled date and time either through your profile or by phone.
• Refunds for subscriptions can only be made 100% if the refund is required no later than 48 hours before their scheduled date and time, provided that none of the scheduled rehearsals have taken place. If one or more rehearsal hours have taken place, then the rehearsed hours will be calculated with the initial value of an individual rehearsal and the balance will be refunded - if it occurs.
Example: Purchase of SA12 subscription at a price of € 109.9 which includes a total of 12 hours of rehearsal. A three-hour rehearsal takes place and then a refund is required. So 109.9 € minus 30 € where is the initial price of the three-hour rehearsal, return 73.9 €

• The first person to use the code immediately secures the free rehearsal and is not allowed to participate in the draw for the second free rehearsal of the same week.
• The offer applies to all artists and musical groups, regardless of whether they are new or existing clients of Athensmusic Group.
• To participate, you must either create an account (if you are a new client) or update your information (if you already have an account).
• There is no participation limit: the same artist/band may win again at a later date, provided they manage to book using a newly published active code or by submitting an entry for a draw.
• During the free rehearsal, photos or short videos may be taken for publication on social media, for the purpose of promoting the offer and the participating artists, as well as for transparency reasons.
• To ensure all artists/bands benefit fairly from the offer, failure to attend a scheduled session may limit eligibility for future free offers.

• The purpose of the Stereo recordings is for the musicians to follow the rehearsal for observations and to improve their performance. So they are mixed roughly during the recording and have no room for further processing.
• The mixdown will be uploaded to the Cloud Folder of each artist at the end of each rehearsal in a single audio file, in Mp3 stereo format 44.1Khz 16Bit 320Kbps and will remain available for at least 10 days.
• Any errors, or even in rare cases, the inability to complete the preliminary recording, are considered acceptable, and the company is not liable to account for them.

• Athensmusic Group uses the latest version of Cubase 13 Pro, these files may not be compatible with older versions of Cubase.
• The mix of each project is the intellectual property of Athensmusic Group, so in case of purchase of your Cubase project it will be provided to you in default mixer settings.
